By Registering for this intensive, you are agreeing to the following Liability Waiver and Policies of Dance Discovery Foundation. Please read carefully before purchasing.

Liability Waiver

By signing these policies, I agree to hold Dance Discovery Foundation (herein after DDF) harmless from any and all claims, costs, liabilities, expenses or judgments resulting from any participation in DDF programs or classes. I hereby further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the DDF and its staff and all officers of DDF from any lawsuits and all claims. I understand that physical activities can result in injury and I agree to waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained before, during or after programs or classes.

Lost or Theft Waiver

Students and Parents are to be aware that DDF is not responsible for lost and/or left items. All items left during the program or classes will be kept by the instructor until the end of the program or class sessions. After the program or classes are completed the lost and found will be donated to the Salvation Army.

Student Drop Off Policy

Parents are welcome to drop off students just prior to class. Please bring them prepared for class and on time. For the safety of our students, we ask that you have them wait in the designated drop off / pick up spot until their ride gets there. Students should not wait more than five to ten minutes after class for their ride. Abuse of this rule may result in a student's removal from class.

Multimedia Release

DDF may take photographs of participants, individually or in groups, attending or taking part in DDF programs and activities. These photographs may appear in print or online. Students consent to having their photograph taken and used for such purposes. If as student does not wish himself/herself or his/her child to be photographed, the parent and/or student must notify the DDF staff to that effect. DDF students or unauthorized persons may not take photographs or videos of other students or faculty without the permission of the person(s) being photographed.
